Qoya is a movement class that is based on the idea that through moving our bodies we can remember how to trust ourselves, be ourselves, and express ourselves. We connect with our inner truth, and have fun while doing it! There is no way we can "do" Qoya "wrong" and the way we know we are doing it "right" is that it feels good in our skin.
As MOMS, we have extra layers of obligations to responsibilities to our little ones, and we can sometimes forget to create time and space for ourselves to nourish our bodies. I get it. I am a Mom too, and my toddler has me going in all directions! So in THIS class, we welcome it all. Kiddos sometimes join us on our yoga mats or climb on our bellies when we are stretching. Let them. It all belongs and we are here to support one another through it! Find that sweet spot of learning how to take care of you while also allowing for them to be wild and free with you!

- How to "center" ourselves and check in with our bodies
- How to open our hearts in new ways
- How to get out of our heads and into our bodies
- How to SHAKE out all the icky, pent-up, dense energy that doesn't feel good - and make it FUN!
- How to connect with friends, share, support and laugh together even though we are all in our separate spaces
- How to gently stretch our bodies and rest in a way that is restorative
